Please note that the deadline for submitting an expanded abstract is 28 March. The authors will be invited to submit a full paper.
Full paper template can be downloaded here (conference-template-a4.docs) and will be submitted electronically through the conference’s submission system. Email correspondence will be discarded.
The Fes2025 Conference will be held in English.
Authors need to register on the Conference’s electronic submission platform. Once they have done so, they will receive an ID and password for each paper they submit.
Accepted papers will be submited for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Accepted papers will be indexed WOS (ISI) Proceedings as well.
After creating an account on the Conference’s electronic submission platform, authors will obtain an ID and password for each paper they submit, which they must use to post the abstract. Please select the Author button on the account registration form to become an author. These login credentials can be used to see a submitted paper, update the submission, or (re)upload a paper. Please take care to keep these in mind.
The “Forgot your password?” link will be accessible to authors who have already registered for EPEi in past conference editions and are unable to recall their password. But they have to be aware of the username. If not, a new user needs to be created. Please send an e-mail to the Conference Technical Chair if you run into any issues with this step.
