Future Energy Solutions Conference – 24-26 September 2025, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
- Each paper accepted for presentation in the conference and publication is subject of a Standard Registration Fee. Exception is a paper submitted by a PhD Student who is the single author of his paper.
- Each participant in the conference must be registered and has to pay a Registration Fee

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations of Conference Registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to AVE TOUR (ave_tour@yahoo.com)
- Cancellations received no later than September 15th will be refunded in full EXCEPT for the administrative fee 20 EUR. Refund requests received after September 15th not be considered.
- No cash refunds will be made at the Conference.
- All refunds will be processed and paid by bank transfer after the Conference.
